Randomly changing Home Page

I have IE6 and my home page keeps getting switched to this
globalwebsearch.com. I see that it is on my toolbars and
want to know how to get it off and where to find what is
causing my home page to randomly change to this
globalwebsearch. I have checked their FAQ and supposedly
they have a download that will uninstall it, but I can't
seem to get it to work. Help Please.
